The operating vacations for the insolvent bowling center in kissingen have been significantly extended. But this does not mean anything negative for the prospects of the property. The indication given at the beginning of the month by insolvency administrator markus schadler that for the previous owner of the property, the KBC – kissinger bowling center gmbh "probably masseunzulanglichkeit exists", has briefly startled. On inquiry of this editorship schadler calmed on tuesday however. Insolvency only means that if liabilities to the estate have now been claimed, they could not be serviced. After a sale of the object, the situation would be quite different again.
Schadler even assumes "that we can sell relatively quickly". He had already reported two weeks ago that there were various interested parties for the property, which was only opened in 2015. Currently, however, the bowling center has everything but season, said schadler on tuesday. When the object was opened anyway, the income was not even enough to cover the fixed costs. "Therefore", according to schadler "we have significantly extended the operating vacations".
Mass insufficiency does not have as far-reaching an effect as mass poverty. In case of mass poverty, the remaining values are not even enough to cover the costs of proceedings. Inadmissibility of insolvency proceedings occurs, however, when the available assets are sufficient to support the proceedings, but are not sufficient to cover the liabilities of the insolvency proceedings. According to the online encyclopedia wikipedia, liabilities to the masses are liabilities that are serviced in full from the assets in the event of insolvency before other liabilities. In most cases, these are "liabilities that arose after the insolvency occurred".
